Only a small number of attorneys practice security clearance law and you will find I am one of the most experienced. 

I am a retired Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration Litigation Attorney.  I have prepared and been counsel in hundreds of Security Clearance administrative review hearings.   In my private practice my focus is on representation of federal employees, government contractors, and military personnel in need of general information or legal representation in the security clearance process. Every client is important to me and I know that the security clearance process can be stressful.  I am happy to work with you to prepare for or to resolve your security clearance issues.

Nationwide Legal Representation

I am located in west Tennessee but represent clearance holders and applicants nationwide.  I can do so through the use of great video conferencing technology.  Administrative hearings take place across the United States and often the parties, witnesses, and legal staff all appear via video.  I am honored to represent security clearance holders and applicants wherever they are across the county.
